Our cūra experiences do involve hiking — (especially in our desert experiences) Most trails are beginner to medium difficulty, with the occasional section that’s more challenging. You’ll need to be in good physical shape and comfortable walking several miles or climbing gentle inclines. These experiences are about presence and connection — but they do ask your body to join the adventure.

Each cūra experience is intentionally intimate — a small circle of 4-6 people moving through beauty together. By keeping our gatherings small, the experience unfolds gently, allowing for connection, presence, and true community to bloom.
